Donor Care Manager at Vitalant

Lino Chue De Gracia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 2017 to the present, they have worked at Vitalant, initially as a Donor Care Supervisor and currently as a Donor Care Manager. In this role, they oversee the performance of RNs and phlebotomists, focusing on customer service, efficiency, and training.

Prior to Vitalant, Lino worked at Blood Systems from 2015 to 2017 as a Donor Care Supervisor. Lino managed Donor Services Operations, including fixed sites and blood mobiles. Lino also mentored and coached Donor Services staff and managed the inventory of collection supplies.

Lino Chue De Gracia's education history begins in 1999 when they attended Universidad de Panamá for six years, earning their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree in the field of Medicine. In 2009-2010, they pursued further education at Universidad Interamericana de Panamá, completing a Master's Degree in Higher Education. More recently, in 2020-2021, they attended the University of Phoenix and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in General Business Administration and Management. Lino also holds multiple certifications, including Heart Saver CPR AED from the American Heart Association, Donor Services Spanish Certification from Vitalant, and a Commercial Driver License (CDL) from the U.S. Department of Transportation.
