Pauline Stark, MSHRM, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience that spans over 20 years. Pauline has held various HR roles in different industries, including healthcare, retail, and aviation. Most recently, they served as the Manager of Human Resources for Vitalant, where they led the HR department for the Southwest Division. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources for Las Vegas Radiology/Las Vegas Cardiology, overseeing HR functions for multiple locations. Pauline also gained experience as the Human Resources Manager for Hawkeye Land Company, LLC dba Pit Stop Oil Co. Additionally, Pauline has worked in the recruiting field, serving as a Temporary Contract Recruiter for AppleOne and holding multiple roles in the People Services Department at Allegiant Air, including Recruiting Supervisor and Corporate Recruiter.
