Sarina Swan (Allen) has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Sarina has been with Vitalant since 2018, starting as a Director in the Customer Contact Center and later promoted to the Senior Director position. At Vitalant, they are responsible for managing the customer contact center operations.

In addition to their role at Vitalant, Sarina also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Rio Salado College since 2022. As a Business Leadership Professor, they teach courses, evaluates student performance, and participates in faculty meetings. Most recently, in 2018 and 2019, Sarina attended Grand Canyon University where they obtained a Master's of Science and Leadership degree with a specialization in Business. Additionally, Sarina has achieved a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
