Phillip Sanfratello

Phillip Sanfratello has extensive experience in the blood and healthcare industry. Phillip started their career in 2005 as an Account Manager at the American Red Cross, where they managed existing blood drives and cultivated new blood drive programs in a specific territory. In 2016, they joined Walgreens as a Shift Lead for a brief period before moving on to Vitalant. At Vitalant, they initially served as a Senior Account Manager, providing support and acting as a liaison between the Account Management Team and management. Currently, they hold the position of Manager, Donor Recruitment at Vitalant, where they are responsible for managing donor recruitment efforts, overseeing staff, and developing recruitment strategies.

Phillip Sanfratello attended Eureka College from 2000 to 2004 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching.
