Vernon Roberson

Vernon Roberson is an experienced healthcare manager and consultant with a strong background in operational leadership and patient care management. Currently serving as a Donor Care Manager at Vitalant since June 2023, Vernon previously managed the primary care clinic operations at Central City Concern. Experience includes working as an Independent Consultant at VR Leadership Training & Consulting, focusing on executive coaching and professional development, as well as serving as a Practice Manager at Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center where leadership teams were developed to meet key performance indicators. Vernon has also held practice management roles at Bend Memorial Clinic and East Cascade Retirement Community and served as a Nursing Home Administrator at The Remington Club.
