Nicola Weber

Nicola Weber has a diverse work experience, starting with an internship as an Engineering Technician at FP International in 2010. In this role, they built and tested inflation packaging machines, programmed RFID boards, and took inventory.

They then worked as a Personal Assistant to the Associate Dean at Trojan Events and Services at USC from 2010 to 2012. In this position, they managed personal and professional obligations for the Associate Dean.

From 2012 to 2014, Nicola worked as a Floor Manager at Trojan Events and Services at USC. They collaborated with clients and House Managers in managing events at the USC Bovard Auditorium and Trojan Grand Ballroom.

In this role, they managed the CEO's calendar, assisted with board meeting preparation, scribed for executive staff meetings, and handled miscellaneous tasks as requested.

Nicola then joined Skopelos at New World as a Server Trainer, where they worked from 2019 to 2020.

Finally, Nicola returned to VitalConnect in 2020 and has held the positions of Sales Operations (Temp), Sales Operations Associate, and currently Sales Operations Manager.

Nicola Weber attended Archbishop Mitty High School from 2009 to 2010, where they studied Visual and Performing Arts. They then enrolled at the University of Southern California from 2010 to 2014 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Dramatic Arts and Neuroscience. In 2013, Nicola also briefly studied at the University of East Anglia in the Arts and Humanities program, with a focus on American Studies, Drama, and Human Physiology. In 2017, they obtained certification as a SHRM-Certified Professional from SHRM.
