Heather Cox

Heather Cox has extensive experience in emergency medical services, currently serving as Flight Communications Supervisor and EMT-B at Flight for Life Texas/Champion EMS since May 2006. Prior roles include Patient Care Coordinator at Complete Emergency Care from March 2016 to July 2023. Heather Cox holds certifications from the Medical Transportation Leadership Institute as a Certified Medical Transport Executive in Aeromedical/Ground EMS Leadership and from the National Association of Air Medical Communications Specialists as an Advanced Flight Communicator. Educational background includes studies at the Brown Institute of Court Reporting and Tyler Junior College.
