Tam Stanley

Tam Stanley has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the human resources field. Since 2020, Tam has been serving as the Director of People and Culture at Vitality Living. Prior to that, Tam worked at GEODIS for four years as the Corporate HR Manager, where they were responsible for improving employee engagement, enhancing office culture, and administering HR policies for 900+ employees. Tam also has experience in education, having worked as a Site Leader / TA at Williamson County Schools from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they were self-employed as a Co-Owner from 2006 to 2009 and worked as a Human Resources Manager at Cardinal Health from 1998 to 2002.

Tam Stanley obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Lipscomb University between the years 1989 and 1992.
