Mel Shawley

Mel Shawley is an experienced professional in project and portfolio management, currently serving as Head of IDAM and Technical Delivery Manager at Vitality since December 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Programme & Portfolio Manager at HCL, PMO Manager at LV=, and Head of PMO at Toyota Financial Services, overseeing strategic change portfolios and ensuring effective governance and reporting. Previous positions at Aristocrat, RAMS Home Loans, Westpac Banking Corporation, and Barclays Bank have established a strong foundation in managing complex IT projects and change initiatives. Mel Shawley holds a BMus degree from the University of Birmingham and completed the Gartner EA Course in 2011.
