Jeremy Shafton has a long history of professional experience in the technology industry. Jeremy began their career in 2007 as an IT Support Technician in the Pathology Department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and also worked as a Student IT System Specialist in the Housing Department. In 2008, they founded The Gadgeteers, a business to import and sell MiMo USB Monitors from South Korea, and achieved six figure revenues without employees or advertising. In 2009, they became CEO of Door-6, a company built alongside UW-Madison graduates, and published three mobile games. From 2010 to 2017, they worked at SupraNet Communications, Inc. as a Technical Sales Manager (AE + SE), where they were the #1 sales performer for six consecutive years and designed and delivered data center and connectivity solutions to Madison, WI businesses. In 2018, they became Platform Account Executive II at Box, where they achieved over 200% of full fiscal year quota and supported 40 Field Account Executives across the Eastern United States. In 2020, they joined DocuSign as a Senior Solution Engineer. In 2021, they became a Principal Solutions Consultant at Drift, where they introduced Conversational Sales & Marketing to strategic organizations and overachieved on revenue within two quarters of starting. Currently, they are the Head of Sales Engineering at Vitally.io.

Jeremy Shafton obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2009. Jeremy has also obtained several certifications, including HubSpot Sales Software from HubSpot Academy in February 2022, Command of the Message from Force Management in 2021, DocuSign CLM Specialist 2020 from DocuSign in April 2020, and Demo2Win from 2Win! in 2020.
