Ruth Cockshott

Ruth Cockshott has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ruth most recently worked at Vitally.io as a Senior Sales Engineer starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Greenhouse Software as a Lead Sales Engineer until July 2023, where they were responsible for building the Sales Engineer motion for the EMEA region and working with strategic prospects in designing fair recruitment processes. Before that, Ruth worked at Zendesk as a Senior Solutions Consultant from June 2020 to July 2021 and as a Senior Customer Success Consultant from April 2018 to June 2020. Ruth had roles at Blackbaud, where they served as a Customer Success Operations Manager from September 2017 to March 2018 and as a Customer Service Team Lead from October 2015 to September 2017. Lastly, Ruth started their career at Apple, where they worked as a Global Genius Guest Trainer from June 2014 to October 2015, as a Genius from March 2013 to October 2015, as a Mobile Device Specialist from May 2011 to October 2015, and as a Retail Specialist from April 2010 to October 2015.

Ruth Cockshott obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Theatre/Theater from the University of Glasgow, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their degree, they also obtained several certifications.
