Jason Radach

Jason Radach has been working in the staffing industry since 1999. Jason began their career as a Placement Consultant at Sally Silver Companies, where they specialized in placing software engineers and QA professionals in contract and permanent positions. In 2004, they moved to Volt Technical Resources as a Technical Recruiter. In 2005, they joined Parker Staffing Services as a Placement Consultant, where they focused on locating and placing software engineering talent for local technology companies. In 2010, they became the CEO of VitalSource Staffing, LLC, leading a team of recruiters providing Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Direct-hire staffing services to companies in the Seattle area and nationwide. Jason leveraged their 20+ years of experience to partner with organizations to place Software Engineers/Engineering Management, IT Professionals/Management and Product Management professionals.

Jason Radach obtained a SPHR from HRCI/SHRM in Human Resources between 2010 and 2016. Jason also earned a BA in Business from Eastern Washington University between 1992 and 1996.
