Hope Wyss

Hope Wyss is a Senior User Experience Researcher at Aquent Talent, specializing in UX research for Aetna/CVS since February 2024. Prior to this role, Hope served as a User Researcher at LPL Financial, leading UX research for a major redesign project from March to November 2023. At Cigna Insurance Services, experience as a Senior UX Researcher at Evernorth involved designing user-centered products and conducting various research methods from September 2021 to September 2022. Previous roles included UX Research & Content positions at Nvoicepay and Syn-Apps LLC, focusing on user advocacy and usability testing. Hope has contributed to improving internal user experiences at The McClatchy Company Foundation and has a technical background in user documentation and usability testing from roles at MED3000, Allscripts, and RSA Security.
