Ami Rine, CCP, has over 17 years of experience in compensation management and analysis. Currently serving as Compensation Manager at Vitamix since February 2020, Ami previously held the position of Senior Compensation Analyst at the same company. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at PNC from April 2006 to February 2020, where Ami progressed from Payroll Specialist to Human Resource Specialist, and then to Compensation Associate, ultimately becoming Senior Compensation Analyst.
