Trisha Ambe

Trisha Ambe has worked for nine different companies since 2007. Her most recent position is Senior Human Factors Engineer at Vitara Biomedical (2020). Prior to this, they were a Senior Human Factors & User Researcher at Bresslergroup (2019). From 2017-2019, they held three different positions at NxStage Medical, Inc. as Senior Human Factors & Systems Engineer, Systems Engineer III (Human Factors & Usability Engineering), and Human Factors & Usability Engineer II. From 2015-2017, they were a Design Verification & Validation Engineer (Human Factors Engineer) at Bayer HealthCare. From 2014-2015, they were a Teaching Assistant and Project Lead at Carnegie Mellon University. In 2013, they were an Engineering Intern at Memry Corporation. From 2012-2013, they were a Bioengineering Research Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh. Finally, from 2011-2012, they were a Research Assistant at UPMC Institute of Neurology. Her first job was as a Graphic Designer at BizOnWeb Internet Consulting (2007).

Trisha Ambe began their educational journey at Peters Township High School, graduating in 2010. Trisha then attended Carnegie Mellon University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering, as well as Biomedical Engineering, in 2014. Trisha then continued their studies at Carnegie Mellon University, graduating with a Master's Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering in 2015.
