Vicente Sarza

Vicente Sarza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and advisory roles. Currently serving as an Independent Director at HC Consumer Finance Philippines, Inc., AIB Money Market Mutual Fund Inc., and Vitarich Corp, as well as a Senior Consultant at Mabuhay Capital Corporation, Vicente Sarza has a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, feed manufacturing, and poultry raising. Previously, leadership roles included Chairman at Central Negros Power Reliability Inc. and Senior Vice President at Asia United Bank, where Vicente managed Institutional Banking and Branch Lending. Notably, during tenure at KPMG as Principal and Head of Advisory Services, Vicente led a large team providing diverse advisory services. Vicente also held the position of Chief Privatization Officer at the Department of Finance, Government of the Philippines, overseeing key privatization projects. Educational qualifications include an AB in Economics from Ateneo de Manila University.
