Adam Barela, MBA, is an accomplished healthcare management professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the General Manager at VITAS Healthcare since April 2012, Adam oversees local corporate operations, enhances revenue performance, and improves patient caregiver experiences. Previous positions at VITAS include Regional Director of Market Development and Director of Market Development, where Adam focused on team leadership, sales strategy, and service quality. Volunteer experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for the Rotary Club of La Verne, fostering community engagement.
