Belinda Hodge Rn

Belinda Hodge RN, BSN has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Belinda started their career in 1987 as a Registered Nurse at Palmerston North Hospital and later worked at Dunedin Hospital as well. In 1990, they became a Lecturer in Nursing at Otago Polytechnic and stayed in that role until 1993. Belinda then moved to the United Kingdom where they worked as a Registered Nurse at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust from 1994 to 1997. Belinda gained experience as a Clinical Manager at Mary Potter Hospice & Palliative Care from 1997 to 2000. Belinda joined Odyssey Hospice in 2001 as a Registered Nurse Case Manager for two years before transitioning to VITAS Healthcare. At VITAS Healthcare, they held various positions including Team Manager, Admission Manager, Senior Patient Care Administrator, National Patient Care Administrator, and Senior General Manager. Currently, Belinda is a Vice President of Operations at VITAS Healthcare.

Belinda Hodge RN, BSN has a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Otago Polytechnic | Te Pūkenga, which they obtained from 1984 to 1986. Belinda also has a Post Graduate degree in Bioethics/Medical Ethics from the University of Otago, which they completed from 1991 to 1993. Furthermore, they hold a BSN (Hons) in Nursing Administration from The University of Manchester, which they earned from 1995 to 1997.
