Sukie Lau

Sukie Lau has an extensive background in human resources and compensation and benefits. Sukie is currently the Group Head of Compensation and Benefits at Vitasoy International, where they have been employed since November 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as the Senior Manager of Total Rewards and Services at Vitasoy International from March 2021 to November 2021.

Before joining Vitasoy International, Sukie Lau held various senior positions at different companies. From July 2017 to September 2020, they served as the Senior Director of Compensation & Benefits, Asia Pacific at Marriott International. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of HR Services, Asia Pacific at Esprit from June 2012 to July 2017.

Sukie Lau also gained experience in the healthcare industry, working as a Senior HR Manager at Johnson & Johnson Medical from July 2011 to October 2012 and as a Compensation & Benefits Manager, Asia Pacific at Bausch & Lomb from April 2008 to July 2011.

Sukie Lau completed their Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Strathclyde between 2007 and 2009.
