Alan Nolley

Alan Nolley, Jr. is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and intellectual property. Currently serving as Senior Litigation Counsel at Flynn Group since March 2021, Alan is also a Co-Founder and Board Member at Vitazi.ai, Inc. since November 2023. In addition, Alan serves on the Client Advisory Board for the Future Leaders Practice Group at ALFA International as of September 2023 and holds a position as a Research Scholar at the Institute of Intellectual Property & Social Justice at Howard University since April 2009. Previous roles include Trial Attorney at Severson & Werson, Senior Associate at Lewis Brisbois, and Senior Counsel at Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman LLP. Alan began legal experience as an extern for the Honorable Bryan T. Hodges at Lane County Circuit Court in 2006. Alan holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
