Ricardo García

Ricardo García has been working in the communications industry since 2021, when they began their current role as Business Development Manager at VitelGlobal Communications. Prior to this, they were employed at Allianz Partners from 2018-2021 as a Supervisor. Before that, they worked at Teleperformance from 2016-2018 as Jefe de operaciones, where they were in charge of floor operations, on different campaigns within the company. Ricardo also led a supervisor's team to reach out the daily goals with data analysis and implementing action plans. Ricardo was able to report results to clients and provide a great overview of the KPI's.

Ricardo García attended the Facultad de Ingeniería de la UNAM, where they earned an IEE in Ingeniería eléctrica y electrónica.
