Esther Mussche

Esther Mussche currently serves as Categoriemanager for the 'Water maken en leveren' category at Vitens since May 2021, focusing on water production, infrastructure maintenance, and quality assurance. In addition, Esther has been a Senior Inkoopadviseur at Rabobank since August 2018, actively involved in societal themes such as energy transition and sustainable entrepreneurship, and serving on various committees. Past experiences include roles at Brink Climate Systems as a Graduate Intern, Abbott in Procurement Strategy, and Boer Staphorst B.V. as a Baliemedewerker Sanitair, among others. Esther holds a Master of Science in Strategic Innovation Management from the University of Groningen and has completed several specialized programs, including a postgraduate degree in procurement law from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a masterclass in program management.
