Houda DAHOU is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and functional safety within the automotive sector. Currently serving as a Project Functional Safety Manager at Vitesco Technologies, Houda is responsible for defining top-level system requirements for new DCDC and conducting safety-critical requirement analysis using IBM-DOORS. Prior experience includes a role as a functional & safety designer at Stellantis, where operational requirements were translated into functional specifications while leading design working groups to achieve optimal quality, cost, delivery, and performance (QCDP). Additional roles include integration manager at Confédération des Junior-Entreprises Marocaines, engineer intern positions at MINCATEC, Figeac Aero, OCP SA, and STELIA Aerospace, and leadership as founder and president of AIAC junior entreprise.
