Raluca Pintilie

Raluca Pintilie currently serves as the Head of Div E Test Process and Strategy and Head of Test Romania at Schaeffler since October 2024. Additionally, Raluca holds the position of Head of Test Engineering RO and Head of System Engineering and Test Engineering at Vitesco Technologies, a role begun in September 2019. Prior experience includes various leadership positions at Continental from October 2006 to October 2019, including System and Test Team Lead, Software Team Lead, Software Project Manager, and Software Developer. Raluca holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications Iasi, completed in 2007, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution, obtained in 2006.
