Chris Jones

Chris Jones has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Chris began their career in 1994 as a Senior Software Engineer at Thermo LabSystems and later took on the role of Internet Marketing Manager. At Thermo Electron, they served as the Software Development Manager, overseeing the development of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) products.

Throughout their career, Chris has held various software architecture and development roles at RTS Life Science, Byrom PLC, and Ultra Electronics, where they contributed to the design and development of software systems in different industries. Chris also worked at Debtmatters, providing software development and consultancy services.

In 2012, Chris joined Brooks Automation, where they worked on software architecture and development for automated sample storage software in the life science industry. Chris later joined Vitesse PSP Limited as the Head of Engineering and also contributed to software architecture and development projects.

Chris Jones has demonstrated expertise in team leadership, technical consultancy, UI/UX design, and software process improvement. Chris has a strong background in software development and has successfully managed projects throughout the full life cycle.

Chris Jones attended The University of Manchester from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
