Chris Palmer

Chris Palmer has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Chris started their career in 2002 at Carphone Warehouse, where they held positions as a Shared Service Centre Banking Manager and Finance Project Manager. Chris'sresponsibilities included finance transactions management, process improvement projects, and implementing new payment platforms. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as the Head of Finance Systems at Best Buy Europe.

In 2010, Chris joined Align Finance as a Finance Process and Systems Specialist. Here, they focused on shared service centers, finance process evaluation and implementation, and finance systems integration. Chris also worked as a Financial Analyst for a global satellite communications provider.

In 2015, Chris joined Vitesse PSP Limited as the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for overseeing operations. In 2022, they took on the role of Chief Strategy Officer within the same company.

Additionally, Chris had roles at Vitesse PSP BV, where they served as the Managing Director and a Member of the Supervisory Board.

Outside of their corporate roles, Chris volunteered as a Conservation Volunteer at The National Trust for Scotland in 2010.

Overall, Chris Palmer has a wealth of experience in finance, operations, strategy, and systems implementation across different organizations.

Chris Palmer attended Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Management. Chris also attended CIMA for further education but did not obtain a specific degree. Additionally, Chris Palmer received training in Prince 2 but did not pursue any formal degree or field of study.
