Richard King

Richard King has extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 1995, they worked for GE Money in various positions including Head of Direct Sales and Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Richard then worked at KPMG as an Executive Advisor, providing advisory services to financial services organizations. In 2007, they joined Aviva as the Head of Business Process Design, Control and Analysis.

In 2008, King moved to Barclays, where they held multiple director-level roles, including Director of Mortgage Operations, Director of Channel Optimisation, Director of Current Account and Maximising Performance Programme, Head of Customer Experience, and Head of Customer and Colleague Improvement.

In 2016, they joined HSBC as the Head of Change and Service Assurance, Retail Bank and Wealth Management, UK and Europe. In 2017, they moved to Worldpay as the SVP Global Operations Transformation, and later took on the role of SVP Operations Excellence.

In 2020, King worked at Dixons Carphone as the Interim Head of Transformation and Governance, before joining WorldRemit as the Director of Payment Operations. Most recently, they became the Chief Operations Officer at Vitesse PSP Limited in 2022.

Richard King obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies and Technology from the University of Leeds, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. In addition, they obtained a Certification Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) from GE in June 2004.
