Wim Domburg

Wim Domburg has extensive work experience in project management and software development. Wim is currently working as a Software Project Manager at Vitestro, overseeing the development of an autonomous blood puncturing device. Prior to this, they worked at Sioux Technologies as a Project Manager for various electronic and software systems development projects, including motion control systems, firmware development, and software testing. Before Sioux Technologies, Wim worked at Benchmark Electronics as a Senior Program Manager, where they managed engineering projects for Airbus Cabin control systems, ELITech Clinical Analysers, and Edwards Life Sciences. Wim also has experience working at Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications as a Program Manager, responsible for ensuring interoperability between Sony Ericsson phones and Bluetooth accessories, and at Ericsson Business Mobile Networks as a Manager and Project Manager for 3G and DECT technologies. Wim's earlier experience includes working at BSO/AT (Automation Technology) as a Technical Manager and Project Manager, overseeing various software development and consultancy projects for geographic information systems and ticketing systems for Dutch Railways. Overall, Wim has a strong background in project management and software development in the technology industry.

Wim Domburg has a diverse educational background. Wim began their academic journey in 1968 at Marnix Atheneum in Rotterdam, where they obtained their Atheneum diploma in an unspecified field of study in 1972. Following this, they enrolled at Develstein College in Zwijndrecht, where they earned another Atheneum diploma between 1972 and 1974.

Seeking further education, Wim attended the University of Twente and pursued a physics degree from 1974 to 1979, ultimately obtaining a Baccalaureate (Btw). Subsequently, they continued their education at the same institution and decided to venture into the field of management science. From 1979 to 1983, Wim studied at the University of Twente, eventually earning an Ir degree in Management Science.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Wim Domburg also obtained a certification in PRINCE2 and MSP from APMG International in March 2010.
