Freeman also serves as Chair of Plants@Work, the UK Interior Landscaping trade association, and has held roles as a technical trainer and horticulture specialist with Planteria Group and as a consultant for various organizations, including Vitesy and Fusion Spaces, specializing in workplace wellbeing and biophilic design. Previous experience includes significant leadership positions at Ambius, where Freeman was Head of Innovation, International Technical Director, and Head of Ambius University, contributing to the company's sustainability initiatives and educational programs. Freeman's educational background includes a BSc (Hons) in Agricultural Botany from the University of Reading.
