Ana Arias

Ana Arias, MBA, currently serves as HR Business Partner for Energy & Commodities Trading at Vitol, the world's largest independent trading company. Previously, Ana held significant roles at ExxonMobil as a Human Resources Business Partner in the Unconventionals sector and as a Global Talent Analytics Advisor, focusing on talent management analytics. Ana's experience also includes an internship in the Human Resources Development Program at Chevron and a supervisory role in Quality Assurance for the Boeing 737 and P3-P8 at the US Navy. Ana holds a Master of Business Administration from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
