Carlos Ruiz

Carlos Ruiz has extensive experience in operations and engineering, currently serving as a Physical Operator and Operations Analyst at Vitol since March 2018. Prior to this role, Carlos worked as an Outfitting and Machinery Inspector for SeaQuest Marine Project Management Ltd from February 2015 to July 2017, overseeing the construction of LPG vessels for Grupo TOMZA at HHI Shipyard. Carlos also contributed to academia as a Teachers Aide at The University of Texas at El Paso from August 2011 to December 2013, where responsibilities included leading workshops and delivering lectures to large groups of students. Carlos holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso, earned between 2010 and 2015.
