Farid Masood

Farid Masood is an accomplished business executive with extensive experience across various sectors, including finance, investment banking, and asset management. Currently serving as Managing Director at Vitol Group since April 2018, Farid previously held leadership positions such as CEO at Kansai Plascon Africa and Global Advisor in Finance and M&A at Kansai Paint Co., Ltd, where responsibilities included expanding the company's African operations and overseeing global finance strategies. Prior to this, Farid served as Director ICD and Global Head of Asset Management at the Islamic Development Bank, successfully growing the asset management business to $800 million in assets.
