Matthew Donahue has extensive experience in value stream management and engineering within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Value Stream Manager at Vitro America since March 2017, Matthew leads the Vertical Air Wall Value Stream. Previous roles include Senior Application Engineer at SuperCut Abrasives and Value Stream Manager at Shiloh Industries and Pittsburgh Glass Works, where responsibilities encompassed managing automotive glass cutting and tempering processes as well as leading press and laser weld operations. Additionally, Matthew worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Pittsburgh Glass Works, focusing on process development, project management, and machinery troubleshooting. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Cleveland State University, earned between 1984 and 1989.
