Cesar Garcia D has held various roles at Vitro and Vitro America. At Vitro, they served as the Vice President of Global Compensation and Benefits, where they were responsible for designing and managing global compensation and benefits programs. Cesar also held the position of Corporate Director of Human Resources, overseeing HR operations and compliance with legal requirements. At Vitro America, they served as the Organizational Development Manager, where they implemented HR strategies and processes related to workforce planning, talent management, salary structure, and quality of life at work. Additionally, they have experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager at Vitro, where they managed compensation processes and administered welfare benefits.

Cesar Garcia D has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they obtained from 1986 to 1991. Cesar also has a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Universidad de Monterrey, earned from 1999 to 2000. Cesar received a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute in 2007-2008. Cesar also has obtained additional certifications in Human Resources from the HRCI Certification Preparation - Middle East. Cesar has attended several seminars in different areas of human resources, including Labor Relations and Compensation.
