Elena Nogaledo

Elena Nogaledo has a diverse work experience in multiple companies. Elena started their career in 1990 as an Engineer in software sales at Andersen Consulting. In 1993, they worked as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. From 1994 to 2001, they worked at Accenture as a Manager in Human Performance Consulting. Following that, they joined Neoris (CEMEX) as the Director of Human Capital from 2002 to 2008. In 2009, they worked as an Independent Consultant at Axtel. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Partner and Director at talent4value, specializing in talent search. Currently, they hold the position of Global Head of Talent Planning & Corporate Communication at VITRO, where they have been since 2012.

Elena Nogaledo obtained a Licenciatura degree in Marketing y Gestión Comercial from ESIC Business & Marketing School from 1983 to 1988. In 2009 to 2011, they completed a Diplomado in Desarrollo Humano at Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México. Additionally, in 2014 to 2015, Elena became a Certified Executive Coach from the International Coaching Community.
