CFO at Vitrolife

Patrik Tolf is currently the CFO at Vitrolife. Prior to this, they served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer at Karolinska Universitetssjukhuset from June 2020 to December 2021. During their time there, they were responsible for driving excellence and financial performance in a complex organization. Patrik turned several year’s with red figures into black, with focused performance controlling and increased productivity. Progress continues 2021 with a result of 426 MSEK (Revenue 16,2 Bn SEK) for the first eight months. Implementing cross functional processes, Patrik developed the Finance and Procurement organization with modern leadership.

Prior to their work at Karolinska Universitetssjukhuset, Patrik served as a member of the Board of Directors at Volvofinans Bank from January 2014 to June 2019. During their time there, they were also the CFO for Saab Underwater Systems. Their focus was on traditional financial reporting, Business Control, and definition of acquisition strategy. Patrik is also the founder of P12 Consulting AB, which they founded in June 2020. Patrik is also a member of the Board of Directors at AP7, a position they have held since May 2013.

Patrik Tolf has a Master in Economics and Business Administration from Linköping University. Patrik is also Leading Business Control certified from Novare Leadership Academy. Patrik Tolf's military education includes Captain and Lieutenant degrees from Officershögskolan. Lastly, they have a Corporate Valuation certification from Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education and a Business Management (FEM) certification from Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education.
