Willemijn Vader

Willemijn Vader has extensive experience in the healthcare and biotechnology industries. In 2016, they were appointed CEO and Managing Director of VitroScan B.V., a Dutch biotech company based at the Leiden Bio Science Park. In 2020, they joined the board of HollandBIO. From 2003 to 2013, they worked at Sanofi in various roles, including Brand Manager Hematology, Brand Manager MammaPrint, and Clinical Project Manager Oncology. From 1998 to 2003, they completed a PhD in Immuno-hematology and Blood Transfusion at the LUMC, graduating Cum Laude in March 2003.

Willemijn Vader's education history includes completing a VWO at Maartens college from 1987 to 1991, a VWO at Vrijzinnig-Christelijk Lyceum from 1991 to 1993, a drs in Chemistry at the University of Groningen from 1993 to 1998, and a PhD in Medicine and Immunology at Leiden University from 1998 to 2003. Additionally, they have obtained the Nima A marketing certification from Nima.
