Shweta Shah is currently the Head of Performance Marketing at Vitruvian since September 2022. Previously, Shweta worked as the Growth Lead at HealthMatch from July 2021 to June 2022, focusing on user acquisition through their unique understanding of creatives, analysis, and human psychology. Prior to that, Shweta co-founded Orenda and served as the Creative Director, driving fast growth of e-commerce brands. Shweta also has experience in content creation, finance, and accounting roles at companies like Gourmet Runway, Service NSW, NAB, and PwC. Shweta holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from UNSW and a Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
