Terry Hodder

Terry Hodder is a project engineer at Vitruvius with over 20 years of experience in the rail industry. Terry started their career as a track design engineer with TranzRail in 1991 and has since held various positions including manager of track maintenance and project manager. In their current role, they manage rail grinding contracts and has developed a technical standard for rail grinding.
