Larissa Zengerling

Larissa Zengerling's work experience is as follows:

- From 2015 to present, Larissa worked at VIU Eyewear. Larissa started as an E-Commerce Manager and was responsible for setting up online marketing analytics, optimizing the online shop, and managing the customer journey across all digital touchpoints. Larissa then became a Senior Business Development Manager and a Teamlead for Strategy & Business Development. Currently, Larissa holds the role of VP Customer Growth and Experience (aka VP Marketing) and is a member of the VIU Leadership Team. Larissa'sresponsibilities include building brand awareness, acquiring new customers, reactivating returning customers, and managing the overall omnichannel customer journey.

- In 2014, Larissa worked at Detecon (Schweiz) AG as a Business Analyst. Larissa gained experience in consulting and worked on various telecommunication projects, as well as developed knowledge in sustainable supply chains.

- From 2011 to 2012, Larissa was part of the management team for Switzerland and Austria at Zalando. Larissa also worked as a Marketing Intelligence Analyst, where they built up marketing performance controlling for France and Italy and conducted ad-hoc reporting on marketing and on-site performance.

- In 2010, Larissa worked at Home24 as a Business Analyst. Larissa'sresponsibilities included setting up marketing analytics for TV marketing, supporting product management in CMS, and gaining proficiency in analytics tools and Excel.

Larissa Zengerling pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Betriebswirtschaft from the University of St.Gallen, which they completed during the period of 2007 to 2011. Following this, they continued their education at the same university and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Management from 2012 to 2014.
