Glen Pasque

Glen Pasque has extensive experience in operations and engineering management within the heavy industry sector, currently serving as Operations Manager and previously as Engineering and Maintenance Manager at Viva Energy Australia since February 2015. Prior to this, Glen held various leadership positions at Alcoa from February 2003 to January 2015, including Location Manager and General Manager, overseeing a workforce of over 300 employees and managing P&L accountability, safety programs, quality standards, and multi-union HR/IR matters. Earlier career experience includes roles such as Central and Technical Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Senior Reliability Engineer at Alcoa, as well as Electrical & Computer Systems Engineer at BlueScope Steel. Glen Pasque holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Systems from Monash University, demonstrating strong expertise in cultural change leadership and lean manufacturing.
