David Nguyen

David Nguyen began their career in 2016 as a Sales Associate at Inditex. In 2017, they joined wagamama as a Front Of House Manager and Marketing Sensei. In 2022, they moved to VivaCity as a Sub Team Lead and Technical Operations Assistant. At VivaCity, their role involved gathering detailed and anonymous data 24/7 on transport modes, traffic flow and travel patterns. David was also responsible for budgeting, CRM, stock management, driving sales to meet targets, HR compliance, financial reports and restaurant NPS performance.

David Nguyen graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Middlesex University in 2017. David then returned to Middlesex University and obtained an MSc in Digital Marketing in 2019. In 2020, they obtained a Data Analytics certification from NASBA and in 2022, they obtained a Leadership in a Technology Driven World certification from Imperial College Executive Education.
