Paul Elton

Director of Customer Operations at Vivacity Labs

Paul E. has worked in a variety of roles spanning over 20 years. In 1999, they began their career as a Helpdesk Analyst at Stayfree Internet. Paul then moved on to Pipex Communications in 2001 as a System Administrator. In 2006, they joined CSC - Computer Sciences Corporation as a Shift Ops Lead. After two years, they joined Ocado as an Infrastructure Ops Engineer/Lead. In 2009, they became Midlands NOC/Datacentre Manager at iomart Hosting. In 2012, they joined Appstractor Corporation (formerly Trusted Web Services) as CCO. In 2015, they were Head of Help at Raising IT. In 2017, they became Cofounder and Chief Operating Officer at Spiderly Ltd. In 2019, they joined Navitas as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations. Most recently, in 2021, they joined VivaCity as Director of Customer Operations and Head of Operations.

Paul E. is currently enrolled in a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at The Manchester Metropolitan University and is expected to graduate in 2022. Paul also holds certifications from Imperial College Executive Education and SuccessHACKER. The first certification is for Leadership in a Technology Driven World, which was obtained in November 2022, and the second certification is for Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1, which was obtained in March 2021.
