Maciej Myslinski

Co-Founder / Board Member at VivaDrive

Maciej Myslinski has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Maciej has worked as an Innovation Technical Project Manager at Vinçotte, where they focused on consolidated inspection data in asset's digital twin. Maciej also served as an Innovation Project Manager at Vinçotte, responsible for managing projects related to drones, robotics, and AI-enabled RVI.

Maciej has a background in entrepreneurship, having co-founded VivaDrive and Motosmarty. At VivaDrive, they held multiple roles including Co-Founder, Board Member, Technical Co-Founder, Scrum Master, and R&D. Maciej contributed to the development of a Platform-as-a-Service solution for car insurers and car leasing companies.

At Motosmarty, Maciej was a Co-Founder, Lean Entrepreneur, and Project Manager. Maciej developed an innovative mobile and web telematics platform for motorcyclists and local authorities. Maciej also worked as an R&D Engineer at NMDG NV.

Additionally, Maciej has experience as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach at Acerta, a payroll and HR company. Maciej played a crucial role in implementing Agile practices and coaching teams. Maciej also worked on a strategic IT development program and set up a Community of Practice for Product Owners.

Maciej's work experience also includes roles such as Chief Community/Customer Satisfaction/BizDev Fleets/Data & BI at Road Skippers, Product Owner for an IoT Connected Car Project, and Project Manager for a Remote Vehicle Diagnostics Project.

Prior to their industry experience, Maciej worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher, Senior Research Assistant, and Research Assistant at KU Leuven, where they conducted research in various capacities.

Maciej Myslinski began their education in 1997 at Warsaw University of Technology, where they pursued a Master's degree in Electronics Engineering with a specialization in Microwave Circuits and Instrumentation Division. Maciej completed this degree in 2003. During their time at Warsaw University of Technology, from 2001 to 2002, Maciej also participated in the Socrates-Erasmus Exchange Programme at KU Leuven, focusing on Telecommunications and Microwaves.

After completing their Master's degree, Maciej Myslinski joined KU Leuven to pursue their Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, and Microwaves. Maciej studied at KU Leuven from 2003 to 2008, successfully obtaining their Ph.D.

In addition to their formal education, Maciej Myslinski has also obtained certifications in Agile methodologies. In January 2018, they received the CSM certification from Scrum Alliance, followed by the Certified SAFe 4 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2018.
