Summary of Position:

Vivante Health is seeking talented and energetic professionals to join our sales and business development team. We are looking for a Regional Vice President of Sales with a focus on Health Plan and Carrier prospects. The position is virtual first, with up to 30% travel possible, as permissible. Our ideal candidate is a team player, who lives to CRUSH goals! They will have responsibility for developing revenue growth within the carrier marketplace. Customers will include midsized TPAs, and large national payors. We expect this person to have a good relationship with benefit consultants and understand the carrier ecosystem, as well. Responsibilities include developing strategy, generating new business, prospecting, and in the future growing your team. This position will report directly to the SVP of Commercial.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop sales growth targets and KPI’s

  • Increase sales revenue by landing new accounts both in FI and ASO blocks

  • Meet with benefit consultants, to build a trusted relationship that drives growth

  • Consistently meet quarterly pipeline growth plans and exceed annual sales quota

  • Utilize available sales and marketing tools for presentations, sales calls, and prospecting

  • Adapt and develop sales and marketing tools as appropriate and approved

  • Maintain and report key activities and forecasting in salesforce.com

  • Evaluate market trends and provide analysis and recommendations to management, as well as feedback from prospects and clients to our product development teams

  • Develop your existing network of relationships in the market. This includes attending conferences and participating in appropriate groups, approved by our team

  • Work collaboratively with Client Success to apprise them of developments and respond to their requests as appropriate. Ensure that the transition from sales to implementation and onboarding is aligned

Skills/Qualifications Preferred:

  • Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record of sales and revenue generation
  • Must be comfortable with generating new opportunities and prospecting and have the confidence to present and then execute on sales efforts
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or the equivalent in relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience, with at least 2 focused on National Carriers and Health Plans
  • Technologically savvy and fast learner understanding Health Plan distribution models
  • Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills; ensure accuracy/quality of prepared materials
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple, ongoing projects; adhere to established timelines and commitments
  • Proficient in G Suite (MS Office), Slack, as well as Salesforce and general marketing principles
