Alexis Mackie

Head of Customer Success at Vivantio

Alexis Mackie's work experience spans over several years, with their most recent position being as the Head of Customer Success at Vivantio since May 2021. Prior to this role, they held the position of Customer Success Manager at the same company from October 2017 to May 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Alexis Mackie also obtained additional certifications. In September 2019, they obtained the RHL Level 2 Certificate in the Principles of Horticulture from the Royal Horticultural Society. In December 2016, they became a Certified ScrumMaster through the Scrum Alliance.
