Viktor Kustein

Viktor Kustein has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and positions. In 2005, they worked as a Sales Representative at LION Media CZ, where they provided project consultancy and sales support for German and Austrian sales projects. From 2008 to 2018, Kustein worked at GrowJOB institute, initially as a Consultant for GrowJOB corporate, helping companies increase their competitiveness using behavioral economics and neurosciences. Viktor later transitioned to the role of Tutor at GrowJOB personal, focusing on beating procrastination using research from top-rated universities. In 2009, Kustein served as the Vice President of Marketing at ELSA Brno. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as the Head of HR at Rockaway, an investment company supporting startups in the CEE region. In 2018, Kustein took on the role of Product Manager at Feedyou, a company specializing in chatbots and machine learning. Viktor later joined Presto Ventures in 2018 as an Associate Partner, investing in technology startups. In 2020, Kustein became the Human Resources Director at VIVANTIS, focusing on the company's e-commerce brand and its expansion into the European Internet economy. In 2021, they also took on the role of an Academic Advisor at Feedyou, providing academic advisory and HR product tuning.

Viktor Kustein completed their Master's Degree in Law at Masaryk University Brno from 2006 to 2011. Prior to this, they attended Gymnázium Pardubice Dašícká from 1998 to 2006. In 2002-2003, they also studied at Latina August Hermann Francke Europaschule in Halle. Before entering university, Viktor attended BRG 14 in Vienna from 1996 to 1998.

In addition to their formal education, Viktor Kustein obtained certifications in Video Games and Learning from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in October 2013 and in Model Thinking from the University of Michigan in June 2012.
