Vanessa Loodts

Vanessa Loodts is an experienced educator and researcher with a diverse background in physics, chemistry, and education. Currently, Vanessa works as a training supervisor for trainee physics teachers at Université libre de Bruxelles and holds roles as a physics and math teacher at Collège du Sacré-Coeur de Ganshoren. Vanessa's research focuses on the influence of chemical reactions on dissolution-driven convection, specifically regarding carbon dioxide sequestration. Additionally, Vanessa serves as an executive administrator at VIVAQUA and a town councillor in Schaerbeek, actively participating in local governance. With an impressive academic background, including a Ph.D. in Sciences and various degrees from Université libre de Bruxelles, Vanessa has committed to teaching and community service throughout the career.
