Otavio Lyra

Otavio Lyra has extensive work experience in finance and investor relations. Otavio is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Vivara since April 2020, after previously serving as the Chief Investor Relations Officer from July 2019 to April 2020. Prior to Vivara, they held various positions at Grupo Netshoes, including Director of Treasury & Investor Relations from February 2018 to July 2019, and Director of Corporate Development & Investor Relations from August 2016 to July 2019. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Brasil Pharma, where they served as Director of Finance and Investor Relations, Head of Investor Relations, and Strategic Planning Manager. Before that, they gained experience at Volkswagen Caminhões e Ônibus as a Senior Financial Planning Analyst from October 2009 to December 2011, and at Volkswagen AG as a Financial Planning Analyst from September 2008 to October 2009. Otavio started their career at Volkswagen Caminhões e Ônibus as a Finance Analyst - Controlling from January 2005 to September 2008.

Otavio Lyra holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Insper, which they obtained from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, also at Insper, from 2001 to 2004. Before attending Insper, Otavio Lyra studied at Colégio Santa Cruz from 1998 to 2000, where they earned a Colegial degree.
