Gerben de Groot

Gerben de Groot is an experienced project leader in the construction and maintenance sectors, currently serving as Projectleider at Vivare since July 2022, focusing on integrated real estate management and budget planning in the Arnhem area. Prior to this role, Gerben worked at Sint Maartenskliniek as Projectleider Beheer & Onderhoud where responsibilities included implementing a strategic real estate plan. Gerben also held positions at Slingeland Ziekenhuis, initially as Teamleider Algemene Techniek, overseeing a technical service team, and later as Senior Projectleider managing various construction projects. Additional experience includes roles as Projectleider at WAM&VanDurenBouwgroep and IBG architectuur en bouwplanburo, as well as earlier positions as Calculator/Werkvoorbereider and Bouwkundig tekenaar at Morssinkhof Bouw and IBG architectuur en bouwplanburo, respectively. Gerben de Groot holds an education from HAN University of Applied Sciences.
